Our Aims

At Beach House we aim to provide your child with healthy home cooked meals.  Each day there is a vegetarian option and special dietary requirements for cultural or medical needs can be catered for. We try to provide your child with their ‘5 a day’ whenever possible.  The children will sit at the table along with staff and children from different ages in ‘Family’ groups. No child will ever be forced to finish their food at Beach House – meal times are an enjoyable social occasion.  Children celebrating their birthday at Beach House will have a party tea. Beach House will provide a gift from all your child’s friends at Beach House and of course a birthday cake, so you have no need to feel guilty that you have to work on their birthday.

Our aim at Beach House is to work in partnership with parents to promote the welfare and development of all the children in our care and to provide the highest quality of childcare in a happy, relaxed and secure environment.
Our aims will be achieved through providing your child with a secure, loving, safe and healthy environment with experienced and qualified staff.

A wide range of toys and activities are available to encourage the children to reach their full potential.

Beach House is registered for 42 children and caters for boys and girls aged 0 to 8 years, however at the age of 3 your child can attend Beach House Fun Club at St Thomas’ Church providing we feel they are developmentally ready and that they are toilet trained.

Beach House is open from 7.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday.  We offer a drop off and collection service.

We are closed for all Bank Holidays.  The nursery closes for a week during the Christmas Period.  Should any parents have difficulty with this, please contact us and we will discuss your childcare needs, you are not charged for the shutdown.
